'A wonderful spot on a wonderful island. A perfect holiday home.
I can't rate our stay at the Sleepy Lagoon highly enough. It was a wonderful month, in a stunning location, with friendly /lovely hosts and neighbours. The house is beautiful, we could throw open the doors every morning to see the beach and bay in the sun through the coconut trees. Fredh and his family looked after us helping us with local insight, organising boating trips, renting motorbikes and guiding us up Mt Egon. We are already planning how we can come back. ''Sleepy Lagoon is the most beautiful, serene little piece of paradise. It’s the perfect place to lay back in the hammock and read a book or watch the flying fish scoot across the ocean which is literally only metres from your front door. It is a huge place all to yourself, super clean and comfortable. The best part was waking up to such a beautiful view and the sounds of the ocean. It is surrounded by jungle with a handful of bungalows scattered nearby. There are also so many options for adventure -hikes, waterfalls and caves to explore if you want a day trip. We had an incredible time here and will definitely be coming back again.
